When you use CodeFWD's SMS forwarding and messaging services ("Service"), the following additional privacy practices apply:
Messages sent through the Service may include third-party marketing and transactional content. These messages are automatically forwarded to your chosen destination number.
CodeFWD may also send its own transactional messages (e.g., billing notices, service alerts, security updates) and, if you opt in, marketing messages.
If you reply STOP to messages originated by CodeFWD, we will stop sending you marketing messages, but you may still receive essential transactional texts related to your account.
If you reply STOP to a forwarded third-party message, forwarding from our system will stop, but you must contact the original sender directly to unsubscribe from their campaign.
We use your information to provide the Service, including forwarding messages, managing accounts, and complying with legal requirements.
We do not sell or rent your phone numbers or message content to third parties.
Message metadata and limited content may be stored temporarily for troubleshooting, billing, or compliance purposes.
We delete or anonymize data when no longer necessary for the Service or required by law.
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for managing opt-outs with third-party senders whose content is forwarded through the Service.
CodeFWD is not responsible for the content, legality, or compliance of third-party messages.
